Patrons are expected to treat people and property in a respectful manner. Individuals or groups should not dominate or monopolize any library space, furniture, or equipment. Library patrons are responsible for any damage or loss of any Library-owned materials.
Children under 8 years of age must be supervised by a caregiver age 16 or older.
Adults unaccompanied by children are asked to remain in the Adult Services area of the Library unless they are actively using the materials or services in the Youth Services area.
Patrons are expected to wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times.
Patrons are expected to monitor their personal belongings. The Library is not responsible for items left unattended.
The use of cell phones and other electronic devices is permitted at a reasonable volume that does not disturb others.
Light snacks and covered drinks are allowed in the library but not near the computers or technology equipment. Meals, messy, or strong-smelling foods are limited to the café, lobby or courtyards.
