Inserting a Picture into a Document

Picture Saved on the Computer or Flash Drive

  1. In Word, click on the Insert tab.
  2. Click on Pictures.
  3. Locate the picture on the computer or flash drive and select.
  4. Click on Insert.

Picture from the Internet

  1. Locate image you would like to insert on Google or any browser of your choice.
  2. Right click image you want to insert, select Copy.
  3. Open your Word document.
  4. Right click where you would like your image to be applied, select Paste.
