Full-Time Employees
Regular full-time employees are those who are regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week or more. Full-time employees are eligible for:
- Medical, dental, vision, flex spending, health savings account
- Vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, floating holiday, day off for birthday, 12 weeks paid parental leave
- Basic life/AD&D, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, 457 plan
IMRF Eligible Part-Time
Regular IMRF eligible part-time employees are those who are regularly scheduled to work at least 1,000 hours per year (19.25 hours per week average). IMRF eligible part-time are eligible for:
- Vision, vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, floating holiday, day off for birthday, 12 weeks paid parental leave
- Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) pension plan, 457 plan, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program
Part-Time Employees
Regular part-time employees are those who work an average of less than 19.25 hours per week on a regular, authorized pre-arranged basis. Part-time employees are eligible for:
- Vision, paid time off, floating holiday, day off for birthday, 457 plan, employee assistance program
