Reserving Study & Conference Rooms

Study Rooms

The Bartlett Public Library features a total of five study rooms and two conference rooms available for reservation.

These spaces can be reserved in advance by calling the adult services department or visiting the adult services desk during your next library visit.

Open rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the adult services desk.

Individual Study Rooms

One of the library's individual study rooms.

A study room suitable for up to two people.

West Conference Room

Room in the library with glass windows
Available for reservation for groups of five to thirteen. Equipped with a whiteboard and monitor.

Group Study Rooms

One of the library's group study rooms.

A study room suitable for groups of up to six people.

East Conference Room

Room in the library with a long table, chairs around the table, tv on the wall, and glasses windows and a glass door
Available for reservation for groups of five to sixteen. Equipped with a whiteboard and monitor.

Spaces for Large Groups

For groups of 15 or more people, The Meeting Room is also available for reservation.

Walk-in reservations are not accepted and additional policies apply.

In the event that The Meeting Room and all Conference Rooms are in use, The Hub may also be made available for reservation.
