Our Teen Space is a dedicated area just for teens where you can relax, create, and connect on your own terms. Whether you’re hanging out after school or meeting up with friends, the space is designed to feel welcoming and respectful of your independence. We believe teens deserve a spot in the library that supports who they are now.
You’ll find tables for homework or group projects, a whiteboard for brainstorming or doodling, crafting supplies, comfy loungers for downtime, and a collection of board and card games for friendly competition. You can also jump into gaming on our Nintendo Switch 2 by checking out a controller at the circulation desk (1 controller available for checkout per library card). The Teen Space encourages collaboration, creativity, and positive social time. Here you can learn, unwind, and belong, all in an environment built with you in mind.
